Project Manager
Desired profile:
At least 3+ years of experience in software project management with high Track record of deploying and maintaining successful E-commerce portal / Websites through a high performance, highly scalable software architectures.
Manage critical application development projects by translating business requirements into technical specifications, planning and managing software development resource allocation, communicating with internal members and clients, delivering best quality developed applications on schedule.
Team Leader
Desired profile:
Should have strong technical skills in software design and development. Should posses exceptional leadership competence in leading and nurturing a talented team to perform at high levels without feeling the ache. Should ensure adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables. Should be able to track, analyze and manage software issues and problems in a way that contributes to high quality result.
.Net Developer
Desired profile:
The ideal candidate will be someone with 1- 4 years experience in .NET and with strong technical aptitude. Strong background in a variety of software design and development concepts would be an added advantage. He/she must have excellent English language communication skills and must be hard working.
J2EE Developer
Desired profile:
The applicant must have 1- 3 years experience in developing web-based applications using J2EE with excellent communication skills. Should have strong positive attitude and ability to handle work pressure and be a part of the team.
VB Developer
Desired profile:
Ideal candidate should have good working experience in Graphical user interface design using Visual Basic. Database experience on SQL Server 2000 & MS-Access is preferred. The ideal candidate will also have good English communication skills and should be willing to work under pressure.
PHP Programmers
Desired profile:
Should have at least 1 - 4 years solid experience in PHP, Websites Database, Shopping cart, E-Commerce Experience. Should have thorough execution and analysis abilities with good communication skills. Should be hard working with persistent zeal.
ASP Developer
Desired profile:
Candidate must have at least 1-3 years of hands-on experience in using ASP. The candidate must be keen, highly organized and a self-starter with a bend to work in team. The candidate is also expected to work well under pressure, and should have extensive application programming experience. He/she should possess excellent communication skills.
ColdFusion Developer
Desired profile:
Should have 1 - 3 years of solid and demonstrable production experience developing and maintaining ColdFusion Web applications.
