1) How to recover my password?
To recover your password, click the Forgot Password
link below the login button on the home /main page. Enter your
email address in the Enter Your Email Address field and click the
Email my Password button to receive your password in your email.
2) How to change my password?
To change your password, click the Change Password link on the
welcome page and fill the relevant fields and click Change Password
button to update your new password.
3) How to customize my bug report?
To customize your bug report, click the Customize link on the welcome
page and you will be taken to Customize Bug View Report page. Select a
field(s) from the list of Available fields and click Add button to
add it to the Selected fields list. To remove a field, select the
relevant field and hit Remove button to remove it. After you are
done, click Save button to update the changes.
4) How to create a new user?
This option is available to Administrator(s) and user(s) who are
given this privilege only. To create a new user, use the link Create
New User on the Welcome page and you will be taken to "Add New User"
page. On this page, fill in the relevant fields and click Save &
Continue button to save and continue to create another user or click
Save & Back button to save and return to the previous page.
Or click Admin tab and then click Users link and you will be
taken to the User List page. On this page click the Add New User button,
and the rest of the process is as said above.
5) How to create a new report?
To create a new report, click the Create New Report link on the
homepage/welcome page. You will be taken to New Report page where
you can fill in the relevant fields. After you are done, click Preview
button to preview the report or click Save button to save the report.
To reset the fields, click Reset button.
