1) How to create a report?
To create a new report click the Create New Report link on the homepage/welcome
page and you will be taken to the page New Report.
Use the radio-buttons to create the report type such as Hit List or Detail.
If the report is to be accessed by public or private, check the relevant radio-button.
While public reports are accessed by all the users in your group, private reports
cannot be accessed by others except by you.
2) How to generate a report?
To create a report, check the relevant checkboxes under Generate report column
and use the fields and dropdown boxes. To preview, click the Preview button and
a popup window will show you the query. Here you can directly generate the report
by clicking the Generate button and a popup window will show the details of the report.
To save the report for the future use, check the Save Report checkbox, and you can
give a name to the report in the field against it on the Generate Report page. After
you are done, click Save button to save the selected report details for future use
and to generate the same report. After saving, the report will be generated. To reset
the fields, click the Reset button.
