1) Can you give me brief detail of Timesheets?
There are four types of users allowed to add, view or edit timesheets:
1) Administrator, 2) Project Managers, 3) Team Leaders and 4) Employee.
If you login as Administrator, the timesheets page shows the details of all
the employees including Project Managers and Team Leaders. If you login as
Project Manager, timesheets relating to employees such as Team Leaders and
the employees under them will be shown here. If you login as Team Leader,
only timesheets of employees under you will be shown here. If you login as
an employee other than Administrator, Project Manager or Team Leader, only
your timesheets will be displayed.
To sort the details by Date, Employee ID, Employee Name, Project Name,
Hours Worked or Description click the respective link. If there are no
timesheets of an employee "No Records" message will be shown against the name.
To view timesheets for a specific date, use the Select Date field and fill
the date. To select a date click the calendar button and enter the date,
month and year. After you are done, click Go button, and all the timesheet
for the relevant date will be displayed.
