2) How to delete and edit a timesheet?
To delete a timesheet click the delete button. To edit a timesheet click
the relevant timesheet link and the Edit Timesheet page will the displayed.
Click Edit button and make necessary changes and then click Save button.
To see the history of editing done previously, click History button. To reset
the fields, click Reset button.
To view the list of project(s) on which an employee has worked or has been
working, click the >> link under the EmployeeID/Employee Name column of a
respective employee and a popup window will show the details. By default
the list will be for 7 days. To view list of projects for a specific month,
use the Period dropdown box provided at the top of the window. To view
employees working on a specific project, click the >> link against the
respective project under the Project Name column. A popup window will show
the details.
Note: Deleting, Editing and Adding timesheets - An Administrator can delete
or edit any Timesheet, which is yet to be approved, at any date. While
Project Manager/Team Leader/Employee can delete a timesheet only on the
day it is entered, they can edit a timesheet entered on any of the past
three days. Also, employees including Administrator, Project Manager and
Team Leader will have option to add timesheets for the past three
consecutive days. For example, if an employee has failed to add his/her
timesheet for 5th, 6th and 7th, he/she can add them together on 8th.
If you have logged in as an Administrator, you will find five links on
Timesheets page. They are: 1) Add Timesheet, 2) View Employee Timesheets
3) Reporting 4) Approving and 5) Add Leave Application. For Project
Manager and Team Leader, the links are: 1) Add Timesheet, 2) View My
Timesheets 3) Approving and 4) Add Leave Application. For Employee, the
links are 1) Add Timesheet, 2) View My Timesheets and 3) Add Leave Application.
