Bug Tracking System

Bug Tracking System (BTS) is an online customer support system designed to empower our customers to effectively report, track and monitor bugs and also communicate with our outsourcing development team any time for further enhancements.

Bug Tracking System is a web-based bug tracking application, which provides a centrally-located depository of bugs found in your software. You and your team can find and submit bugs into the system, verify the bugs, and finally close them. Once you have submitted and assigned a bug it will be traced back to the specific developer and will be fixed according to your priority. As a whole, it allows you to keep track of each bug to help make your software developed error-free at our offshore development center.
